Message doesn't this seem a bit over the top now that you've had a little bit of time to recosider your statement?

That set of intercoolers is the 1st set of MASSIVE SMICs that were ever produced. They were made for my personal Z. I laid down 693RWHP @ 604RWTQ with that very set - I was pushing 30.5psi of boost at the intake manifold which falls just about 1psi under the peak pressure potential of the Garrett 62-trim 60mm comp wheel in the T04B housing. There is 37,042 miles on those intercoolers and they are just as stout as they were the day I bult them.

The reality of the situation is that this customer has in his possession the original set of Ash-SPEC MASSIVE SMICs that have set many benchmarks on so many diferent vehicles that they have been used on. SpecialtyZ, who is one of our very reputable Z vendors purchases the latest version of these intercoolers for resale to their customers.

As for the reason why I chose to sell this original set of intercoolers, if you may be so inclined to ask, I am in the process of refurbishing "AshsZ-II". The engine was torn down completely to parts to inspect the condition of the crankshaft which was lightened by 8lbs, the rod bearings, main bearings, the v.2 piston design I came up with after correcting Wiseco's design mistakes in their original product, the 321 tubular exhaust manifolds, the journal-bearing "tweaked out" disco potatoe turbos, and to give the powertrain a thorough refreshment. Many months ago I went through the painstaking process of producing die-cast molds for my MASSIVE SMICs. This was done primarily to improve manufacturing efficiency but on the same token the end result of this work produced essentially an entirely redesigned product having many positive performance attributes that the original manufacturing processes were incapable of producing. Bottom line, I parted with the old and upgraded to my latest revision of the MASSIVE SMICs - if others are putting their faith in my products it is only fitting that I show my faith in them as well. :) BTW, new flowtest results will be coming in short time as well as results for the manifolds I built.

With all of that said I hope you may see your comment as I do - the bandwagon tt.net bashing is certainly an entertaining aspect of this forum - I've definately invested my fair share in Reddenbachers (sp?) popcorn over the years. :) But really, I do expect more from you. :) Just tread lightly bro - and make sure you are stocked up - what's about to happen with AshSPEC is going to ........ ;-)
